Instructions for holding
a sub sale fundraiser
1. Download the Nikoli's
fundraiser form located at the top of this
screen to your PC.
2. Modify the MS Excel
spreadsheet to include the name of the
organization in which you are raising funds for.
Modify the price of the subs by what you are
choosing to sell them to your customer for.
3. Choose a date of pick-up or
delivery and notify Nikoli's by email at
miasnikolis@yahoo.com.
4. Once Nikoli's confirms your
date, make copies of your order form and pass
our to everyone who is selling subs.
5. After your collection of
orders is completed (we have a minimum order for
fundraisers of 100 items), ensure that you have
all money and all totals of your order. The
difference between your amount due to Nikoli's
and the amount you collected, is your profit!!
6. Take order to Nikoli's with
payment. Note: For fundraisers, we only accept
cash or certified check, which should not be a
problem since most customers will pay cash for
their order.
7. Pick-up your subs and
distribute to all of those selling and/or
customers!!

Tips for Holding a successful fundraiser
1. The more the merrier!! The more help you have
selling the subs, the more money you will
raise!! Ask mom, brother, neighbor, friend to
take order forms in to work.
2. When soliciting orders, remember that subs
make a great dinner for busy families. Some
co-workers may want to purchase 4 subs to get
off the hook for cooking dinner.
3. Select a date for monies to be due on a
payday to ensure there are no problems gathering
payment.
4. Select a date for pick-up that you may get
more orders. Many families do not like to cook
the day before a major holiday, "Thanksgiving,"
etc. 5. "Pad" your order date
by a day or two to ensure that you have time for
last minute orders and late payments.
6. Really think about having another sale a few
weeks later. Most customers who try our subs,
would purchase again, and it is an easy way to
increase your profits!! |
